I'm not sure what style of pizza this is, but it needs to be retired. This pizza is so paper thin and has zero, and i mean 0 flavor. It comes with some sort of garlic sauce; trust me, it needs it to be edible. The pizza is hard and crunchy, and they're very stingy with the cheese, as you can see, there are tiny holes on the pizza. I mean, the price just doesn't add up because clearly they're using paper thin crust, no sauce, barely any cheese; what am I paying for exactly? Sad to say, but Little Cesars has this place beat. I will never again waste money eating construction paper pizza 🤢
**The response to my review is absolutely false. I had my friend pick up the pizza and when she arrived, she was told it was not ready yet and sat there and waited for the pizza. She then drove 8 minutes to me to drop it off, and that's what it looked like upon arrival. It was not sitting under anything at your facility, waiting for...
Read moreNor.ally our experience at Zalat is decent and the puzze is always good but today it was not great at all. For one we called to make sure the location was open with power so that we could order online. The guy that answered was a bit short but he said yes. So we got off ordered and drove down to the spot. Upon getting there, the atmosphere seemd off. Almost tense. But it was ignored since we were just picking up. The guy was not welcoming. I believe it was Dave since that was the name on the box of who inspected it. My partner reached out for the box and instead of placing it in his hand, Dave put it on the counter and slid it. Okay? So we drove home and once we opened the box we saw that not only was it smushed and out of place, it was incredibly thin. I don't know with society the way it is spending money for this...
Read moreI have had nothing but good experiences with Zalat until tonight. Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery through the app. Requested a few mods to the supreme (no olives, half no sausage) which were ignored, but thankfully 90% of the olives were only on one slice so easy enough to avoid. Pizza crust was small across the board and tough to chew and sriracha was sour (new ranch or something? Not good). I have been recommending Zalat to anybody who would listen since first trying it 6 months ago, but I am a bit embarrassed by that now. Hopefully it was just an off night and not this location as a whole as Washington and Holcombe locations have been...
