My bestie and I had such a great experience at The Pink Swan Shop! We got matching permanent anklets, and the whole vibe of the shop was so cute and girly—literally pink paradise! Yendi helped us out and she was the sweetest! Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience so much fun. She helped us pick the perfect anklets and made sure everything felt special. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more cute jewelry.

My sisters and I had such a great experience! When we came in we were greeted upon arrival. Cassandra showed us where the solid gold collection was and checked pricing for each chain for us willingly. Lexi was the one that made sure our permanent jewelry fit comfortably and even showed us how the different charms would look with the chain we chose. I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting permanent jewelry especially if they have an allergy to fake jewelry.

I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry shop! The two associates were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They have a beautiful selection of pieces, and the charm bar was such a fun and unique touch. I left with the most gorgeous charm necklace. Prices are also very reasonable. I bought a “forever” necklace from here 3 weeks ago with a “j” charm which totaled to $155. The charm fell off within 10 days of my purchase. I drove an hour away to go back to The Pink Swan Shop to see if they could replace the charm. I assumed that since it is known as a “forever” jewelry place they would replace the charm for free or at least half off especially after only 10 days of wear. Their solution was 10% off of my next charm which they didn’t even have in stock. The associates were very friendly and wanted to be helpful, however this is not something I would expect from a “forever” jewelry store. Me and my friends (5 of us in total) had our bracelets break off within a month. They were too thin and for $90 we should’ve just gone to James Avery. It was honestly such a bad decision going to pink swan!
