Let me just say that the quality in service was immediately noticeable. Andy was welcoming and allowed me to explain exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. After he listened, he showed me the options that would best fit my needs. He actually had the answers to my questions, unlike the salesperson at the big store. There was no pressure. No sales pitch. My wife and I recently bought a split king adjustable bed from Andy. Our bed arrived today and it was very easy to setup. We're very happy with our purchase. We looked into Sleep Number, but decided to check out Andy's store. So glad we did! Andy is very knowledgeable and he very patiently answered all our questions. He was not pushy like the rep from Sleep Number and gave us all the time we need to make up our mind. He gave us a quote for what we were thinking to purchase. It was very easy to contact him for an appointment. His store has a very laid back atmosphere; Andy let us take our time and he didn’t pressure for a sale at all.
