The kids and I were at the drive through window. Orderd our pizza and while waiting for our pizza I watched the employee throw pizzas in to a box on the floor, scrape the spatula on the box on the floor continue to use that same spatula to take pizza out of the pan, then on other employee said they were the manager, took the spatula from the other employee and dug around in the box on the floor hand the spatula back to the other employee and he used it on another pizza. At that point I knocked on the window told them what I just saw, said I dont want my pizza because that is contamination, and asked for my $ back. She told me it was in no way cross contamination. I said yes it is that's a dirty box on the floor, you dug in it with the spatula and continue to use it on pizzas, she said it's not you're pizza I said it does not matter, I dont want the pizzas now I want my $ back. She shot the window and made a phone call, then presided to tell me that I had to contact the website if I wanted to file a complaint and I might get my $ back. $ 35 dollers down the drain because I wont feed my kids food that might as well have been tossed on the floor then put in the box.. Read moreWorst Little Caesars EVER. This is the third time In a row I have had a problem. First time I was slightly overcharged, they claimed to not know why. Second time I was charged for 7 pizza orders instead of just the 1. The owner acted like she was doing me a favor by staying late and trying to figure out why I was charged so much. She was completely rude and disrespectful to my husband and to myself. I did get my money back it took a day, but not until after she questioned that it happened well yes it did look at your transactions. Now at this current moment, I called in and order for one deep dish pizza they told me 8 minutes it took me about 18 to get here because I ordered food from somewhere else also. I pay for my pizza and they tell me to pull forward it'll be 8 minutes. So now I have food from another place for my kids that is getting cold while I wait and additional 8 minutes putting me up to almost 30 minutes for one pizza because they forgot to put it in the oven. Read moreFriday night. A predictably busy night. I counted 6 teenagers working. 0 adults. I'm guessing that the oldest among them was 16.
I'll give it to those boys. They were doing their best. But they aren't equipped to handle a setting like that effectively and efficiently.
Case in point, the very same Friday night. I order my pizzas online at 4:30 to be ready for pickup at 6.
I get there at 6:01, and no pizzas. Twenty minutes later I get my pizzas.
This means that not only were my pizzas not ready for pickup on time, but they weren't even in the oven by the time I got there.
This is the second time I've had to wait for an online order. Phone orders haven't been any better.
The only reason these guys get 2 stars is because those boys were trying their best. But management is sorely lacking in this...
