Excellent In-Person Service at the Huntersville Spectrum Store – A Refreshing Change!
After a frustrating and unprofessional 28+ minute phone call with a Spectrum "Customer Service Specialist" just to cancel my internet service, I was bracing myself for more of the same when I walked into the Huntersville Spectrum store. Thankfully, my experience there was a complete 180.
Sha and Angela were absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and welcoming. Both had genuine smiles on their faces and treated me with courtesy and respect. They helped me return my equipment quickly, answered my questions about the final bill and cancellation process, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
They expressed that they were sad to see me leave Spectrum, and I truly believe if I hadn’t already shared my frustrating phone experience, they likely would’ve offered helpful options to stay. Regardless, they handled the situation with grace, and their positive attitudes were a breath of fresh air.

I had a reservation at 10 AM and was still sitting there until 10:30 and left with my equipment because I was waiting to long. I was just dropping off equipment and they let a walk in get serviced before me. My name was the first person on the screen as well because I checked in before the store even opened.
