Huntington Woods Library and Cultural Center — Attraction in Huntington Woods

I would give this library 2 stars but it's the only one in the area that does not charge for parking. That being said, parking is limited as it is shared with an elementary school, rec center and pool. Also, this is the LOUDEST library I have been to. Seriously, libraries were made so people could enjoy peace and quiet to focus. Even in the quiet room I can hear children screaming and babies crying. It is very distracting to those of us studying. I love this library. Do not live in HW but am allowed to check out books, always a great selection. Especially appreciate the book sales, held allmost every month. Books are sold really cheap, which allows one an opportuniy to really lay in a good supply, since I am an avid reader; its a great way to pick up hard covers and pocket books.
