Previous: I was so excited to find that they did commercial services that we would love to utilize. We were trying to get a car loan. This process has been very easy at other credit unions and anywhere else. I explained that this was a vehicle that will be gone if we don't act fast, and that the dealer recommended them. We tried to apply for the loan on the website. It did not work and we had to come in. That took 3 hours. Longest time I've ever spent in a bank. Then they said they had everything for the loan and they would expedite since it needed to happen fast. I asked if they wanted our business information, they said no. Then, when the loan approval stalled, I had to call in to find out they needed our business tax returns. So I sent them in and asked if they could call if there is a problem, that I'm driving, I'm not a desk jockey. They would not call. I checked in later, when I could, and it was stalled again, because they couldn't open a password protected PDF. Even though I provided the password! But I get it, they have their rules. But when I called in to complain, to say this is taking too long, to get someone to help, the person basically just said "That's pretty much just how it goes." Then the truck got sold. We work 100 hours a week, my partner and I and we wasted 4+ hours with this nonsense. And it would have been so easy to get the loan anywhere else. But it's too late. And it seems strange for a local credit union to be so dismissive of a local, bootstrapping business that's going to probably hit a million dollars in revenue this year. We're still looking for a decent banking institution. But this ain't it. Everyone was very nice, and I have no complaints as to how anyone spoke to us. You literally can bank from anywhere in the world! I have only received top notch service and they are always polite and professional. Bill pay services are fantastic and a great way to have all your payments in a easy to use format. It is also possible to see past payment amounts. You can deposit checks using e-deposit with no need to go to a bank. It’s done using your mobile device. The rates seem competitive and I have yet to have any early payment penalties. Read moreIf I could give this place a zero rating I would, I paid off my lien 8 months ago, I went to the DMV to get my title and it still had a “ Electronic lien” on it? How in 8 month could someone not do their job and take a “electronic lien” off. That’s just not good service and people just not doing their job. People should be able to do their job especially when they have 8 months to do it. I’ve had more then 3 instance with these people not knowing their job or not doing their job, something should really happen with this bank either people having to show that they know their job or they just get new people that know and do their job.
