Staples — Attraction in Huntsville

Only bad experiences at this store. Do NOT use the Happy Returns service, they lost over $100 worth of merchandise. The first time I tried to use it, I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they weren’t taking happy returns at that time (due to not having Happy Return shipping bags). No one thought it would be efficient to put a sign on the door or let any of the people in the Happy Returns line know that so they didn’t waste their time. When I came back a few days later to try again, they still did not have shipping bags, but nervously acted as though they found a way around it and accepted my items to be sent back. They never made it back and were never even scanned in at all. No clue where they are. Also tried to use them for a couple of poster sized prints, but after the website was glitching and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after trying half the day, I went with my usual, Allied Photocopy and they had it done within 15 minutes. I like to print rather large photos for work to give out after we finish an event. I've typically used CVS or Walgreens (whatever is closest) when I travel so folks have something to remember the fun times we had! I decided to make the photos a little bigger this time and I wasn't keen on the matting at Walgreens ($12 per) and CVS wanted $48 for an 11x14!!! My wife suggested Staples and I'm glad she did! Not only did the employees love their job and walk me through the entire process, but the only thing close to the 11x14 they had was an 11x17 which they cut down for me, and all for under $10!!! These folks just gained a life-long patron, I will look for a Staples everywhere I travel and will use this one anytime I'm in town. First I tried to get something bound in the print shop. When I walked up the employees were looking at another print job and giggling over it, then the girl wanted to charge an extra 7 dollars if I couldn’t leave it with them for a full 24 hours- she looked visibly annoyed when her co-worker told her what I needed though...

Then when I tried to check out after buying the other things I needed, it wound up looking like it would take awhile after the lady in front of me’s order rang up incorrectly so I just left.

If you’re able to, just go to the Madison Staples if there isn’t another option in Huntsville. That location is leaps and bounds better...
