Purchased a new battery that was unpackaged and no seals to tear away or plastic to break open. Later come back to returned because the car needed to be towed. No refund was issued because the battery was not in its original condition. I did not use the battery and returned the battery just the way it was sold to me a couple hours later. The manager told me to go try and sale it on Ebay. Unfortunately, I should have not accepted the battery without it being wrapped up with seal tags on it. Lost $265.13

Wasn't bad but wasn't good. My battery in my 2011 SUV crapped out because I was an idiot who left it running without having it on. I got a jump and came here to have it tested. A woman working tested it, while smoking and ashing under my hood. Lovely. She was nice and all but that was just odd. She told me I needed a new battery. I don't know much about it but I just couldn't tell if she was being honest or just wanted a sale. Her explanation didn't really make much sense at all. I wasn't going to fool around so I ended up getting a new one. It was a hectic day in there but a man helped me put it in my car which was nice. All in all it was an ok experience. Nothing to write home about. I don't think I'd go back to this...

This AutoZone Shop has the “MOST Incredible” Customer Service I have ever witnessed in all of my adult life!!! I needed to purchase a gas cap on an unexpected Emergency 🚨 basis. I didn’t want to spend my last dollar and the AutoZone Crew over there got together and made sure I could afford the item; they installed my gas cap and then graced me to leave without being flat busted broke!

They were my “Angels” of the day making my Sunday absolutely incredible!!! Now I know I will get to work safely in the morning and I have the Crew @ the AutoZone at 6401 S. King Drive to thank for it!!! Guess what! They were that friendly and that accommodating during the last hour of their...

5 star service! I had to get my windshield wipers replaced during a snowstorm. I had called ahead to make sure they were open and could replace the wipers. When I arrived at the store, they had my wipers ready and came outside to help me remove the now frozen wipers. I know this is a service they offer, but this was in the middle of a snowstorm. They could’ve easily said no because of the weather conditions and also because my wipers had so much frozen ice on them. But they did it anyway, with a smile and were so courteous.
