However, when I spoke to an agent named Ms. Chimequa, I felt like I was talking to my sister. She listened to my situation and understood the actions that could help me. She gave me hope! Read moreVery bad customer service. Agent Janessa struggled with the system they use everyday for insurance policies. She stated she needed to stop smoking, then the young lady answered a personal call while she was helping me and started talking about cooking pork chops. This is literally the most unprofessional service I have ever received. My husband add me to his policy in March, when the policy renewed in April they took his monthly payment without me transferring over to the policy as it renewed.
