DTLR — Local services in Hyde Park Township

I walked in for a return and a exchange. I had my receipt and clothing was unused with tags. I paid with a credit card.

No one even spoke to me. I waited for a minute and a guy asked "Do I want to RETURN or exchange". I say both. Then he says we don't do returns. I call customer service and they say that the store should issue me a full refund since I met the refund criteria and I used a credit card.

Then I witness him perform a refund for a guy with some shoes.

Then I tell him I'm returning to my credit card. While looking stupid he starts my refund. Then he says the system says I paid with a debit card. I show him my card and the receipt.

Anyways everything matched up for me and he didnt want to do the return. He told me to go back to rhe store I bought it from. That's all. This store in particular is a SCAM.
