Subway — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

If I can give it zero stars I would. Me, my husband, and brother-in-law grabbed some dinner. The guy was very rude a**hole and rushed through our orders so he can closed early unbeknownst to us. My husband's sandwich was very dry because the guy didn't put enough oil on his sandwich. My brother in law's sandwich was also dry and had very little meat. I wanted a salad with the veggie patties (a veggie delight salad). I repeated this several times. He makes a regular salad then tells me he don't put the veggie patties in the salad, then patronized me by saying , "that's what you said". Then he asked if we have coupons which we did, just to tell us he doesn't take them. I've lived in that neighborhood all my life. Usually whoever is in Subway becomes family to us. This location however had lost our business and our respect. As long as that guy is there, we will never grace one toe in that...

0 stars for me . The guy was very disrespect and rude to my elderly mother today over a coupon that clearly stated 3sub sandwiches for 17.99 except the The Beast and Steak sandwich . He yelled at my mother she could get cold cut meat . I politely read to him the coupon then he ignored me until the other male customer addressed him . I feel they are very sexiest and disrespectful to women . I will never come there again . Also I don’t take lightly a man disrespecting my mother . Lastly he lied to us about the meatballs when my mother asked for it...

I will say outta all my experiences at this subway this 1 was the worst. 1st the associate messed up my sandwich by adding mustard and i didnt ask for it. Then i was being nice by still taking the sandwich but i did ask after he wrapped it could he add oil and vinger. He got a attitude and tried giving me the packages and said something in a different language. I asked what he said and he just stood and looked at me. I feel like he was trying 2 rush because a line was forming but that doesnt mean rush me like im not a paying...
