Their parking lot is usually empty and I, like all the neibors near the store are unable to park our vehicles in front of our HOMES because of employees parked there all day before opening to close!!! —Christian?!?! - NOT!!- city violations also- dumpsters in the street and sidewalk blocked. Since you are the highest priced donation shop around maybe you could afford to move to a location that accommodates the need of more employees than customers and be kind and Christian to those you effect daily
Was good for awhile, guess they think it wore off- get a new place you fit your 8-10 employees parking on the street in front of our homes every day all day is rude ( have cameras to prove that) and why can this place do this when any other business has to have sufficient parking space for customer expected per square footage of retail space +employees- oh and their side lot always has parking and still have dumpsters in the street
Next day dumpsters still in street, employees in front of my house so plows leave a huge snow ridge going around their cars- today open spots by their building and side lot but park all day at my front window -...
Read moreI took my husband and I to their Social Services department as we have been struggling a little lately and asked on if we might be able to get some assistance with one of our bills. The lady was extremely rude and stated, " What bills?!" I replied, with our phone bills." She then stated, "No we don't help with phones!" I understand if that's not a service you assist with ,but it never hurts to be kind to people especially those in need. It's truly sad as I have referred numerous people here for assistance as a social worker ,but if they are going to be rude towards people like that and unprofessional then there's no point in me referring anyone else there for help just to be treated the way we were. My husband and I didn't bother even asking anything else and just walked back out because it seemed clear to us they didn't care to help us nor have a nice civil conversation. Maybe don't be in a business that is supposed to help the community if you're going to have an attitude that you hate helping...
Read moreEmployees are very RUDE and treated me like some kind of thief or scammer just because I asked about a price on something that did NOT have a price tag on it. Then they said it was not for sale because it wasn't marked, and they refused to sell it to me. I did not suggest any price, I did not make any offer, I wasn't trying to low-ball anybody, I just asked "How much is this?" and they flew off the handle like I am some professional thief going around changing price tags on $3 items to make my fortune. And they treat ME badly because THEY can't keep their own store straight? Seriously? How friggen difficult is it to just put a price tag on the items on the shelves? I will NEVER donate to St. Vincent EVER AGAIN, not here in Idaho Falls, and not ANYWHERE ELSE! There's other thrift stores that are much more deserving of my donations AND my business...
