Not a great experience overall. We bought a dryer for my grandma that broke down 3 months later. I’ve called multiple times and every time I’ve been told that they would call me back but that’s never happened

In response to the reply from the owner: I am not sure if you are getting me mixed up with someone else but the problem was never that the dryer wasn’t drying. It dried just fine (in part because my grandma had her dryer vents cleaned out a few months prior to buying the new dryer so that was obviously not the problem) but the timer on the dryer didn’t work, it would keep drying for hours unless we opened the door to stop it . Yes you guys sent a technician out and he was great, he even left notes that it had a bad timer, not that the dryer didn’t dry. The problem was the lack of communication and inability to keep promises. He actually specified the problem and gave me your name to reach out to. I called and spoke with you directly and explained the problem. I was told you guys would work with us and reach out when you had a new dryer that could be swapped. That never happened so I called again a month later and was told the same thing, with no one ever reaching back out to me after promising again that you guys would swap dryers. I can’t say enough good things about the folks who work here. I went in to buy a replacement dryer fuse; instead of just selling one to me, they tested it and told me it was still good and suggested what I should check next. Three times today they took the time to do that for me, showing me the correct parts on dryers they were working on in their shop. One employee even drew a wiring diagram for me. All for free. At no point did they make me feel like I was stupid, they never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, and they didn’t insist that I hire a repairman. I was able to fix the dryer myself this time (thanks to their guidance), but the next time I need an appliance repairman, I’m definitely calling these guys. Awesome, helpful,...

This place has been a life saver for me, Rocky always has what I need. I have an older agitating top load washing machine and the agitator dogs wear out in mine about ever 8 to 10 years, Rocky either has them or can order them in pretty quickly! He always takes time to listen and explain how to things that most can easily do at home themselves! I was just in grabbing agitator dogs last week and came home & got them swapped out, and washing clothes again the same day!
