Ghost Walk Idaho Falls — Attraction in Idaho Falls

The website clearly states that there are tours from June through September. It also says drop ins are welcome. Neither is true. We showed up 20 minutes early as stated on the website and there was an enormous concert. I called to verify the location and was told there wasn't one that evening. The hours online say 9am-7pm every day except Sundays. The lady who answered was rude and then argued with me about what the website said. She stated that there are NO walk-ins allowed. And that you have to have a reservation. The website says that reservations are only for Fridays and Saturdays. NEVER AGAIN

Kathy was very nice and seemed to know parts of history around downtown Idaho Falls. We felt we were over charged for what we got along with the ghost part not feeling very authentic. We were told to download an app on our phone for ghost hunting that kinda ruined the experience. We were driving through on our way back home and decided to stop and check out Idaho Falls. We have done a few ghost tours in other cities, and figured we would check this one out on a whim.
