Terrific park to bring your dog. Early mornings dogs are allowed off leash (check the website for the park or read the signs posted at the park for off leash hours. You can get a hefty ticket if caught letting your dog off leash during unapproved hours). Big park, lots of trees and a big open space in the center. I think one lap around the park path is 1/3 mile. There is a couple bbq grills right by a fairly good sized covered picnic area with about a half dozen picnic tables. Bathrooms are on site too. Dogs are allowed provided they are on a leash.
