We arrived at 6:25 with a group of seven people, all hoping for a glass of wine. We had been hoping to visit Cinder for weeks and we were very excited. They refused to serve us anything because they closed at 7. I have never been to a place in Boise or really anywhere that was unwilling to serve a group of excited people 35 minutes before they closed. They didn’t even start to ask what we would want. I placed a club order and discussed with the woman helping me that I wouldn't get to enjoy their lovely wine again until later this year because I'm currently pregnant. She wished me well, and then I had a nice surprise in our shipment of a Cinder onesie that says "milk for me, wine for thee" and their logo. It was so sweet and definitely the extra touch with customer service. Although I live in California, I'll absolutely continue to be a lifelong wine club member with...
