I was terrified of of how much it was going to be to fix my phone I have a note 20 5G and the screen was completely Unusable the crack in the bottom made it to where I couldn't use the screen or do anything besides press the buttons on the side of my phone the place right up the street from me fixaphone demanded I pay partially over the phone and then another $400 after the repair So I started to feel hopeless like I was never going to be in contact with the world through cellular ever again and then I started looking around and found CPR and they had a lot of good reviews so I went on their website and got a quote it was a 100$ lesS than the place right down from me so I was i setup an appointment online ( super easy and quick) When I arrived in store my experience was perfect, they have friendly attentive understanding customer service employees they fixed my phone screen AND my camera screen in an hour and only charged me $300 They were nice enough to hold my phone till the end of the week for me so that I could get the money together after my work week and and my phone worked great ever since I mean it's like a brand new phone they gave me back something I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get back I appreciated it so much I brought them a bouquet from my garden and I will continue to use their services For all of my devices and will refer them to all of my friends and family And the one thing I forgot to mention which is you know the overall icing on the cake of this amazing experience was that they have the cutest sweetest little dog named Dax if you're lucky enough he'll come out from behind the register and greet you with his presence He kept my daughter Happy the entire time I was talking with customer service and he was just the greatest little poodle So Dax you are a superstar keep doing you you're awesome. Read moreSo I go to get my screen fixed. It was special ordered and it came in yesterday. I walk in and some other guy is there and he has no clue says we have to special order we don't carry them. I told him it was special ordered and came in yesterday and I'm here to have it repaired. He calls the owner and doesn't tell him about me but another guy who came in earlier guess he didn't think I could hear him. So he says the owner will be here in 40 mins. I go back at 1pm like I told him and he is closed for lunch! I call the owner and he says he has to special order my screen again since the guy repaired someone else's phone with my screen! He said we will get you one today! Really i don't see how that's even possible!!! Puts me on hold and then hangs up on me!! Doesn't call back! Seriously this is how you treat your customers?? We only came to him because his store had the best reviews!! Oh and it's cheaper to get it done at the Apple Store by about $44.00. I won't be a repeat customer at this store. He did put a tempered glass screen protector on but for the price he charged I basically paid for it. I posted a review on facebook and he posted nasty response in reply. After a day he went back deleted his comment and changed it to something much better but the damage had already been done. I won't be a return customer. Read moreHad a scheduled repair through a claim and when I arrived noticed that the phone was also damaged on the back. Was told that the repair wouldn't be covered and that I'd have to pay out of pocket. So I left phone for the original repair and was told 2 hrs. While being repaired I called insurance company and while on the phone with them I get a call that my phone was done. Repaied in 20 minutes. Picked phone up and called the insurance company back. They then advised me that the claim had been closed so there was nothing I could do at this point. My issue is that CPR knew in advance that if something is added to a claim the original job they had would be voided. So instead of providing the best option for the customer they chose to cash out their claim to be paid because they knew the cracked back would lead to a different type of claim that would result in no money for them and phone being shipped back to assurant. So I have to open another claim and pay an additional deductible because they chose what was best for their bottom line over great customer service. This has been verified by another CPR location. To top it all off, I called to speak with a manager and was told they will call back and never received a call back. That is why I am leaving this...
