I usually order from here for my family and I. I usually order the sweet and sour chicken. I have ordered there for the past 5 years. I will no longer patronize this business. Let me explain why.
Today, the sweet and sour chicken was fried hard. This has happened to me before. The majority of the chicken was so hard, it was impossible to eat. In the past, I have either asked for a reorder or money back. Today, I called and “the owner” was very rude. I asked if she could simply remake or give a refund. She actually told me that I am never satisfied and that I can come get a refund, which I did. I entered the restaurant and she had the money laid on the counter. She proceeded to cut me off as I began telling her the problem. I explained to her that I shouldn’t have to pay for a dish that I couldn’t even eat 50 percent of. It was a waste of my money. She told me to order something else. I replied I ordered what I wanted. I opened up the sweet and sour chicken and she looked at all the burnt chicken pieces and said, “You ordered more than 2 hours ago. It was about 4:30pm. I picked up the order around 3:50 pm. I explained that to her. I also pointed out that the chicken still would not be edible because it was burnt when I picked it up and it’s burnt now. Also, people order from establishments they like. Rudeness is rudeness in ANY culture. It didn’t seem to faze her any. I am choosing to take my business elsewhere. I spent close to $50 and was treated rudely. I would have taken pics but I didn’t...

Read moreDespite its appearance from the outside, it is one of the most respectable and pleasing Asian-American restaurants I have ever been too. Although they are lacking in seating arrangements, the person taking the orders is always so polite and courteous. I have yet to have a problem with my orders and the food is always delicious. Prices range from about 8 to 9 dollars on average for a normal meal (1 entree with either noodles or rice) but the nice part is that they are never stingy with the amount of the entree. It's hard to find a restaurant of this genre to give enough of the entre to satisfy alot of the time but I can almost guarantee satisfaction...
