I went in after calling up there to see if they would buy my in window a/c unit. A smaller polynesian woman greeted me at the door and asked me to put the a/c unit on the counter so they could check it out and make sure it worked. She first asks me what I want to get out of it, i said I'm looking for something around 60 -75 bucks (this particular one goes for 400+ brand new) she laughs at me and says she isnt interested in it. I told her that I just called up here and talked to a guy and he said that they were taking them. She then turns her statement around and says "well not looking like this you would have to clean it a come back tomorrow". I leave the store and go to taco bell in the same parking lot and spend literally 3 mins wiping the a/c unit down with a cup of water and a tshirt. I go back in and finally talk to the guy I talked to on the phone and he asked the same question of what r u trying to get out of this i said again 60-75 bucks. He politely said well it is at the end of the summer season if you would have brought it at the beginning of summer I would be happy to give you 75 bucks. He was extremely polite the whole transaction and we settled at 40 bucks (not a problem) while the nasty polynesian lady was trying to butt in the whole time with nitpick after nitpick as if she was trying to not have my business. Thank goodness the taller guy was there to do his job and get me in and out the door. All in all there is a 5 star employee here and a zero star employee here so sorry to the 5 star employee but this 0 star employee has ruined the experience for me a I probably won't be back to this shop for a while. Read moreI Bought 2-sets of Head phones to wear for work. They charged me more for 1 - pair then even what was marked down! He took advantage of me when I told him I didn't have my glasses on and how much were they. Second pair one of the speakers I believe the right one didn't even work part-time and I didn't even have a cord that you could charge it with. When I go back to text them back I Googled it and it said the website said they were open till 7. I get here at 10 till and the doors are locked. It would be a good place for somebody to hire friendly people that want to work and test equipment before just selling it. And make sure it works properly. Stay open until at least 8 people have time to get there after work before they close when I get the headphones straightened out that'll be the last thing I buy there. Read moreI had been in there several times over the course of about 2 months. The prices were very unfair wether they were buying, selling, or pawning. They want to get your stuff for next to nothing. Then they put the stuff on their shelves, over priced. They have a compound bow in there priced at $250 and the bow is literally from the 80s way outdated. I was offered $75 after one clerk had already offered me $100 for a 2018 PSE StingerXtreme a $500 bow. They both proceeded to lie and told me that’s not what they just offered me. They basically told me to take the $75 or the bow and walk. Wonder what that $75 bow would have been priced on their shelf? Good joke first cash pawn! There are several other items I had sold in there I never should have. Don’t expect to feel welcome or to be a valued guest with valued options, opinions, or items.
