Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I don’t like making negative reviews, but I wanted to make others informed especially during this pandemic. I ordered a pizza and drinks on the app. As I waited in my car out front, I watched the small and VERY crowded waiting area inside fill more and more with customers. There were close to ten people at one point. Half of the customers were not wearing masks despite the sign on the door. I was getting increasingly nervous about walking into the store. Then I saw an employee wearing a mask improperly (below the nose). When I saw the second employee load pizzas into the warmer while wearing his mask around his chin, I drove away.

I thought someone might call to say I hadn’t picked up my order so that I could complain to a manager. But no one called. So here I am.

My friend and I went to little Ceasers for dinner tonight. We ordered at 8:31pm. We didn't leave until after 9 o'clock. While we were waiting, 3 teenage girls walk in without masks. They proceeded to walk towards the back where food was being made. Not to mention, one of the young ladies walked out with her boyfriend who was working and was making out with him where everyone could see 🤢 (none of the girls were employed there to my knowledge. If they were, they weren't on shift. We felt as if this was not sanitary at all. Very unprofessional. The cashier let us know there wasn't any cheese sauce so that was very disappointing. When we finally got our food after over 30 minutes of waiting, some of our food was definitely not enjoyable after being left in the warmer all day. Alot of it was cold. I placed a order at 9:30pm on Oct 20 2024 and I went to the store around 9:40 and the lady locked the doors and refused to give me my order I tried to explain through the door about my order I just placed and she walked away I later called the store and got no answer for 2 days straight then when I spoke to someone I asked for a manger and she said no manager and I started to explain what happened and she said what what and hung up on me I called back Several times and no answer I did not get my money back there is no way they could of scanned or comfirmed that my order was picked up because I wasn’t able to get in to get the pizza I am beyond frustrated at this point I’ve called customer service and still haven’t heard anything I will be contacts corporate after this because this is beyond me that I have to go to this extreme measure for a simple...
