Taco Bell — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Well to be honest I like the workers in there more than the food but they always load me up on sauces for my personal orders or for my uber eats deliveries.

However there is about 10 homeless (possible drug addicts as we are near several drug clinics in this area) that cause a lot of problems for guests that come to this location. Like for starters they are constantly fighting, trying to come up to all the vehicles with their signs claiming that if I could spend a few dollars on myself then I could spend a few on them, I know this taco bell can't control these people and their behaviors however just yesterday a crazy drug addict homeless woman threw stuff at my vehicle because she said I was staring at her (again we can smell her alcohol on her from a mile away) and no I wasn't staring at her, I was making my order in the drive thru. She was putting my kid who was with me in danger. So I had to call the police on her and then the dude she goes around with looking for money is now throwing things at my car as well. Again the taco bell customer service rep said he would call the police on them too. They did, they came, and they both got arrested I guess they had warrants.

The taco bell did give me a good sense that they work really hard and are working for the customer and aren't afraid to...

So the taco bell is typical here good service can be fast or can be slow depending time of day.

I think they are short staffed as they are the only ones other then one other store on this side of town that actually now closes at 8pm !

So not much open late ! Think outside the box going on here. They have other taco bells about 10 min away or more all open till 4am or 3am like this one was a month ago but again I believe it's due to staffing issue.

They are located at a busy intersection that would have cars wrapped around in a line on weekend night etc but since they didn't have staff I guess now they are loosing all of that to other locations which is sad but not their fault.

The food orders are usually correct portion sizes are correct I haven't been shorted portions of been given extra which is why I say basic they keep the area Clean however the need to fix the big deep pot whole or dip by the window for pick up before someone sues over an axel issue.

Worst Taco Bell in the general area of Southside Indy/Greenwood. Absolutely the longest I have ever had to wait at a Taco Bell. At least 30 min wait after ordering at the Kiosk. You cannot receive assistance at the counter whatsoever without calling out to someone in the back and doing what you can to get their attention. The food is assembled sloppily and the fryer grease clearly does not get changed. 2 customers who had been in the drive through came inside to complain about an order and another kiosk orderer complained about waiting 15 minutes just to get his cup for his drink order - which was the only thing he ordered. And, yes, he tried to get someone to hand him one sooner, but no one was ever near the counter. Understaffed, under paid. Taco Bell should be ashamed, but I am sure they will put the blame on the franchisee. Which maybe is the correct route. I just know it's not these poor workers doing what they can for not even a...
