My wife bought a new battery and even tho they still advertise they swap them out they put a new battery on a cart with no tools and refused to help. Your website states that you will price match nearby competitors. However when I went in to buy two bulb sockets for my Tahoe the "manager" or lady who claimed to be, said she won't price match O'Reilly Auto Parts down the road because it was $12 less there, literally the exact same brand and part number. I told her and showed her the Advance Auto Parts price match policy and she said it was at her discretion.
