Judy Wei, MD — Attraction in Irvine

Both doctors are really nice and professional. However, the time of waiting to see either doctors takes FOREVER!!!!! When I first visited, I saw front office checked me in right after I filled out my form and paid my copay, but it takes FOREVER for BACK OFFICE NURSES to finish taking vitals and intake when there are only like two patients waiting before me. I wouldn't complain if they were extremely busy like Monday mornings in any medical offices. Yet, it was a Thursday afternoon when there was barely any patients! When the back office nurse was taking my vitals, I saw the other back office nurse was using her phone, laughing, and chit chatting with the nurse that was taking my vital. I also kind of looked at other rooms, and they are EMPTY!!!!! I don't know what takes the back office nurses so long to bring me in to see the doctors when there are barley any patients. I know it is better be slow in order to be more detailed with all the medical histories. However, the nurse not only seems like she knows nothing, but also made tons of mistakes when intaking while it was written clearly on my new patient questionnaire. I really hope they can hire some nurses that are more detail oriented, professional, and can work a little faster when there are barely any patients.

Dr. Wei and her partner Dr. Pham are very nice and professional. I had some complications during my pregnancy which was diagnosed in the scanning ultrasound in my 22 weeks. Dr. Wei reacted very quick about my case, and I was taken to the hospital and stayed there for four weeks since then. Dr. Wei or Dr. Pham came to the hospital to check me every single day, which greatly eased my anxiety and depression.

Dr. Wei and Dr. Pham truly cares about my concerns. I was worried about one of my blood test results - more research I did, more worried I was, and so I emailed and called Dr. Wei several times. She explained it to me thoroughly from different perspective.

Their clinic are busy but pretty organized. The staff there are nice and easy-going. I felt relax there and joked a lot with them:) Also, if you have any billing issues, you can reach out to them and the billing staff (I forgot her name) will help you take care of it.
