I purchased a ring from here for my wedding. Tried it on a couple times but left it in a box for about 6 months waiting for the ceremony. ONE WEEK after the wedding a third of the ring broke off and separated completely from the base, making the ring uncomfortable because it would pinch my finger and look cheap. (This was not a cheap ring). Because of this, I called the store by Costa Mesa trying to get it resolved and was told that I could āgo to any store in person and theyāll resolve my issue free of charge.ā Well while I was in Irvine spectrum I stopped by and asked them to repair or replace it, I was told, ā$50 to send it to the vendorā after asking some questions trying to get more than a single sentence from the salesman I was told that the policy I signed and was told about for the warranty of my ring I purchased was void because they āchanged their warranty policy a little while ago⦠sorry about that. Itās $50.ā Since there was no reasoning with him, I made sure that the other items I purchased from the store in mission Viejo still has their warranty, which it did. After the wishy washy customer service and inconsistent policies I would rather buy a ring from Amazon and expect better quality and much better customer service.

She helped us all the way until we get what we wanted. This is our first time to this shop but we left the store so happy and contented of what we purchased from them. Fyi not all jewelry shops have a very accommodating staff/ manager like the Kevin Jewelers have. If you are looking for a certain jewerly, watches etc you will not leave this place with a smile š and for sure to recommend them to other friends and family members too. I asked your sales lady who was very nice to see a lovely bangle bracelet. Imagine my disappointment when I was told I can only see the bracelet through the glass because I donāt possess a California identification. Iām home visiting family from Maryland. I have a Maryland identification. Iām now being refused service for the first time in my life! How are you supposed to see if said bracelet fits your wrist?!?? Iāve set aside money for said bracelet and was ready to pull out my credit card for something I liked and wanted.
My advice: Change your policy. Itās called tourism. Hire security. Get a high quality door lock. Refusing service to tourists doesnāt seem like the best business plan. Last I checked, jewelry sales arenāt...
