Naturepedic Organic Mattress Store Irvine — Hotel in Irvine

I’ve been shopping for a new bed for a while and have visited quite a few stores by now, and have also looked at many beds online. In my online searching I came across the Naturepedic store in Irvine, CA, right here in my hometown, and even though I figured it would probably be completely out of my price range, decided to visit and have a look. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this store. I was immediately greeted by Christian, who spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining what makes these beds different from the usual collections found at the department stores and mattress chains. Christian was so patient with me while I tried the display beds and asked a multitude of questions. Both he and the other gentleman in the store seemed genuinely interested in helping me select the right products for my needs, and within my budget. They gave me a very generous quote and unlike some of my other experiences at mattress stores, I NEVER felt pressured to buy. They understand that a bed is an investment in probably the most important piece of furniture one will own, and they encouraged me to take my time to make the best decision. As for the product, again, I just can’t say enough about the quality organic materials used for the mattresses, pillows and other items and the detail and craftsmanship in creating these amazing beds! They are built to last, and some of the mattresses would only need the latex layers replaced (as opposed to buying a whole new mattress ten years later), which is wonderful not only for one’s budget but also is much better for the environment, that the coils have such longevity. I am still deciding which bed to purchase, but I can definitely say this: I will be getting my next bed from Naturepedic! I also commented to Christian that when my daughter and her husband have their baby, I know where we will be coming to get the crib mattress: what a great story about the company founder who wanted to create a healthy bed for his grandchild. I was in the market for a new bed after 20 years. I had no idea where to start. I went to my local mattress store first to do some research. I spent two hours there, laying on different beds over and over, and asking million questions. I still didn't feel like I knew what I wanted, so I went home and poured over the internet for more information. After I came across countless articles claiming how toxic all those mattresses were, I was petrified! So I started looking into alternatives to foams, glues, chemical flame retardants..... Enter Naturepedic. As I continued to pour over the internet, I found more and more information about how bad name brand mattresses are, how toxic they can be, and how seriously sick you may get after sleeping on them for years. I also began to find great information about how to avoid all of it in the first place! There are quite a few newer companies who produce mattresses that are safe and non toxic, and I read up on all of them. Naturepedic was the only one that had a store local to me where I could lay on the beds and ask questions in person. The salesman I met, Melchor, was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had with confidence and in detail. He was extremely helpful, and humored me while I laid on all the beds a dozen times. He made me feel like he was really proud of the product, and believed in the benefits a Naturepedic bed could bring to my life. I felt relieved and confident that I would be sleeping soundly and safely with Naturepedic, probably for another 20 years. My bed was delivered by white glove service - which was superb, totally worth it, and highly recommended - almost two weeks ago. Absolutely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! It's soft, cool, and I honestly feel like I'm being hugged by a cloud. It had no smell of off-gassing when unpacked and set up, it just smelled, clean. In a nutshell, Naturepedic was the right choice for me. The entire experience was amazing and I couldn't be happier...

Christian shared his knowledge of the product and showed a willingness to answer my questions, as well as provide extra information, in a way which made our interaction enjoyable. It felt more like we were having a conversation. And it felt like his focus was to help me find the product which best suited my needs.

I was considering purchasing my new mattress from one of three places. And I had the intention of coming in, checking your product out, and then returning home to decide with whom to move forward.

At the end of the day, nothing is better than the human touch. So I scrapped my initial intention and purchased my mattress then and there! And then I did a victory lap around your central display because I was so pleased with my experience and excited about my new mattress. LOL! I’m glad I was the only client present!
