Our family has lived in Irvine for over 10 years, and this is by far our favorite park for our littles. My children are 8 years old and 4 years old. A girl and a boy. When we make it a park day, these 2 tend to spread out and gravitate to different activities. What I love about Parasol Park is the size of the vicinity, the fact that it's fairly flat - so there's not many innies & outies and you can easily keep track of your children, and lastly the awesome zip line! The zip line is really a highlight. Kids young and older, and even adults, get a kick out of riding the zip line! I have to admit, it's super fun! Also, the picnic and eating areas are so charming and always very clean. Bathrooms are also very well kept and clean. I also adore the sweet garden area! Best....
Read moreThis is absolutely the greatest park! A lot of great parks here (no pun intended) but this is my favorite. Small zip line for kids sturdy ping pong tables foosball. There is a green house that is one of the attractions. I loved the community garden. Corn peppers spices and the park encourages harvesting. BBQ area is pristine and beautiful lights hanging from the trees. Tables and chairs for big parties. 2 Smokers and 2 big bbq’s. Sink and island to prepare food. Walk up a few feet and your under the most gorgeous tree that lights up the entire night or shades you from the heat. Chairs all around under the tree so you can relax and enjoy the peace.
