Suncare Medspa — Attraction in Irvine

I am compelled to share my extremely horrify experience at Suncare Medical Clinic & Spa located at 113 Waterworks Way,#200 Irvine, CA 92618 on 7/20/24. My visit, intended to be a Ultherapy treatment, turned into a nightmare, ER visit, time off work, multiple follow up medical appointments and potential DES (Dry Eye Syndrome) due to severe negligence and unprofessional conduct.

During my appointment for treatment, the technician and business owner failed to follow basic safety protocols. I was left unattended for 30 mins after application of numbing cream and move from room to room. Despite my clear indication and concerns of discomfort including blurred vision/ burnt sensation of my right eye resulting of numbing cream application (into my eyes area) treatment was continued for an hour and half which leading to a serious eye injury. The incident was acknowledged by business owner on the date of occurrence . I was sent home without any assistance. I experienced blurred vision, swelling, redness in my right eye which required immediate medical attention.

The impact of this negligence extended far beyond physical discomfort. Due to the severity of the injury, I was forced to take time off work for a full week to address the issue and recover. This not only resulted in financial loss but also caused me to miss out on a crucial professional opportunity. I missed an important client meeting which I had prepared for months.

When I brought my concerns to the owner of Suncare Medical Spa’s attention, I was told they never experienced anything as such, and no adequate resolution or compensation was offered for the damages and lost opportunity. The lack of professionalism and accountability was not only disappointing but also incredibly damaging.

Given the extent of the injury and its repercussions, I’m seeking for legal assistance I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. urge potential clients to be cautious and seek alternative options. It is my hope that this feedback will prompt the salon to improve their practices and prevent such incidents...

I am an aesthetician and I this is the place to come if you want a true facial. Today I did the Hydro facial and I look so rested and my skin feels amazing. Nina was my aesthetician and she was a superstar from the beginning to end. I felt so pampered and taken care of, I have tried many spas in Orange County and this by far is my favorite for facials or any kind of skin care treatment.. I highly recommend this service!
