This morning I had a very disappointing experience. On my way to this store, I placed a mobile order through the app, selecting the drive-thru pickup option. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I mentioned to the staff member (her name was either Gabby or Gabriel) that I had just placed an order.
She asked me when I placed it, and I replied that it was about two minutes earlier. She then told me that since my order had just been placed and there were many other mobile orders ahead of mine, when I reached the window my drink might not be ready, and that I might need to come inside to pick it up.
I find this response unacceptable. The reason I placed a mobile order was for convenience and efficiency—so that my order could be prepared while I was driving to the store. If placing a mobile order shortly before arriving is not faster or more convenient than ordering directly at the drive-thru, then the system is failing its purpose.
In addition, the staff member’s tone and attitude were unpleasant, which made the experience even more frustrating and unfortunately ruined my morning.
I hope Starbucks will address this issue and ensure that customers who use mobile ordering through the drive-thru are treated with courtesy and provided with the convenience...
Read moreApparently when this switched over from "Hotpot" to Google Local, it disassociated all my reviews. Anyway, this still needs to be said, so this is the worst Starbucks I've been to. This location has a drive-thru, and so any walk-up customer is given absolute lowest priority. It's not just the lack of speed that makes this Starbucks location less than stellar, the crew at this location just seems to outright forget orders constantly. This afternoon my coworker ordered, and 5 minutes later they brought nothing out. He asked why his order hadn't come out yet, and the barista told him that "someone else took his order", although no other customers had come up to the station while we were standing there. The last time I went to this location another customer's order vanished, as well.
So, I have to say that unless you're going through the drive-thru, avoid this Starbucks, because they're ill-prepared to handle both you and the...
Read moreWe must thank one of your salespeople for understanding the value of customer service! I ordered a breakfast wrap with vegetables. As I was waiting to bring my coffee home, I asked where the casing had forgotten. She explained that she was warming up in the oven without realizing she wanted it later. He apologized terribly and said he would take it out of the oven soon. But the story goes on ... Instead of giving me a hot breakfast, he offered me a fresh sandwich from the fridge and reheated it. To be honest, how many people do it? I left a hint earlier, but I thought it was very thoughtful and much more than I expected. When I visited there before, the salesman was polite by providing a small sample of nitro beer before training at the camp. In other words, they understand what good customer service is. Admiration for...
