Every one I have encountered or talked to on the phone in this pharmacy is completely incompetent . After 3 separate attempts ( two online, One via phone call) , this store still was using OLD profile and Ins. info and could not transfer my Rx. After 5 days I had to appear physically in the store, walk them through so to update my profile. Meanwhile I am getting text and email notification about INSURANCE issues! My Ins. had no issues, the pharmacists did ! They were using old information from 10 years ago , never paid attention to my online profile, or never bothered to update the information even when I called after the first two transfer attempts . Today , after telling them how to correct the issue( basically doing management's job) , my RX was ready in 20 minutes !! I also noticed that all employees ( by the way none wore any name tags) don't have a clue about their job description . Two of them were bumping into each other , gazing at the computer monitors , not knowing which key to punch ! The lady in front of me waited almost 10 minutes till the two geniuses at the pick up counter finally figured out how to process her ins coverage anduse her coupon . Meanwhile the manager is standing there 3 ft away from all this chaos gazing at her own monitor oblivious to her surroundings. I requested to talk to manager KIM VO. Her answer to my compliant was " duhh... ahhhh .....and a blank stare. She had no reason, no apology, nothing to say . She too seemed very confused, looking at me as if she just landed from Mars and cannot understand the earthly humans. As if she never heard a thing I said. I told her I would place a review about how this pharmacy is not managed properly, to which she finally had a reply ! and reply was " OK" !!!! this is not a well managed pharmacy , this place is ...

They all seemed stressed, maybe they’re understaffed or overworked but the result is that they have bad attitudes sometimes. Had to pick up prescriptions for 4 people at the drive through today. I only was able to get one name out before she walked away. She came back I reminfer her that I have a several more people to pick up for. She asked for the next name, and walked away again. At this point she asked her coworker to come over. This time she asked me the right question, “what are all the names you’re picking your up for?”
But then as I was paying she tells me: “Next time say all the names at the same time”
The two didn’t give me much of a chance to do that but here is a response. Next time, give people a chance to say all the names before walking away instead of schooling me on how to pick up my prescriptions. I have no issues being patient but I would ask the staff here to have more...
Read moreThe attitude of the pharmacy staff Yalda is very bad. During I was waiting at the consultant line, she told me to the “Pick up” line, then I went to the pick up line and wait again. When all the customers in front of me on the “pick up” line are being served, the next should be me, but she called another customer to the front window from the “Vaccine line”. I need to wait again.
Finally, another pharmacy staff Justin come and help, he is very nice. At least polite and treat people like people! As Justin was helping me and told me to come back in an hour to pick up, Yalda said my medication is not approved. I told her my health insurance called me today at the morning it is approved.
Couple hours after I get home, got a call from Walgreens that the prescription is ready for pickup! I don’t drive, I walked 40 minutes to Walgreens this morning, but can’t get immediate help and now I have to walk to there again, another...
