Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company both their repair service and their customer service. I sent my phone in for a 2 hour charging port replacement. Within 30 minutes I was told they broke my original Apple screen and that I would get my phone back the following morning, and that I would get a call. I was never asked to sign any kind of waiver around the risk of additional damage, nor did they specify that in the event of damage that they would replace with parts with reduced functionality, and yet this is what they did without my consent. I waited for two full days, no one called. Finally Sunday night I called them and was told my phone would be done Monday and that they would call. No one called on Monday, I finally called them and they said within two hours I would get a call to pick it up. No one called. I call Tuesday morning to pick up the phone. I got the phone back they replaced it with a screen that is non Apple compatible and has reduced functionality and a giant warning every time I access the settings. I was still expected to pay for my repair, no discount or compensation was offered, and the repair itself for the charging port I originally went in for was I effective as my phone doesn’t charge. After hours on the phone pleading my case, I was finally offered 20% off. When I called to address the failed repair of the charging port, the rep said it likely had something to do with the battery when they replaced the screen that they broke. Two minutes later the rep denied making that comment. I’m stuck with a phone that is still broken and in worse mechanical shape than when I dropped it off. I lost over $1500 in revenue from having to wait 4.5 days for a 2 hour repair. When I called to ask them to make it right, the tech who broke the screen suggested that they put the old broken charging port back in the phone and offered to put the screen he broke back on so that I could be issued a refund. WHAT on earth? He then wanted to argue with me that the non-Apple parts being flagged by my phone were exactly the same quality as the original despite the fact he just told me that it didn’t have the AI TrueTone technology. It also says right on the phone that I should expect reduced functionality. I am offended by how this company commmunicated with me and how they tried to hide and skirt responsibility for their shoddy repair. How do you break someone’s phone, fail to communicate, make them pay, and then argue with the customer. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. If there’s a risk of damage then a customer should sign a waiver up front and it should be made clear that if damage occurs they won’t replace with genuine parts. The customer should have to sign a waiver to that effect so there’s no room for lies to be told. If I had known up front when I took my phone in that it would be damaged and not repaired to original function I would have taken it elsewhere. Beware! Also, Anthony and his colleague both told me they don’t agree with management policies and that they would risk getting in trouble for helping me. I have spend thousands to get a new phone because of...

If you value your money and your phone, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Especially Issaquah location.
Here’s my nightmare experience:
Broken promises: I took my phone in after the back glass broke, and they promised it would be done in a few hours. Guess what? First, they said afternoon… then evening… and finally, “come back tomorrow” after I had drove 40 minutes back and forth each time (losing work hours and wasting gas) because their receptionist guaranteed it would be ready. Spoiler: It wasn’t—and they never even called to tell me to not come in the third time…
Destroyed my screen: When I finally got my phone back, it had a huge black spot on the front screen and the display was completely ruined. The phone had zero issues with the front screen when I brought it in.
Unbelievable blame game: When I asked about the new problem, the employee on-site actually said, “It’s not my fault, I didn’t do the repair.” Then, without telling me, he called the manager—who was the one who had "tried" to fix my phone in the first place! The manager was OFF for the weekend, but that didn’t stop him from screaming at me on the phone, telling me that this was all my fault for dropping my phone in the first place and coming in for repair. Oh, and he had the nerve to say “I wouldn’t have damaged the front had you not brought in the phone to repair to begin with.. it’s because you dropped your phone that this happened so don’t put the blame on me.” 😡
Non-OEM parts without my consent: They tried to replace the front screen with a non-OEM part (which I declined because I need OEM parts for trade-in value) which was their way of “making it right”. Turns out, they had already replaced the back glass with a non-OEM part WITHOUT telling me! They literally didn’t care about informing me about key decisions for my phone.
💸 THE FINAL BLOW: While it has been a few months since this incident, I wanted to warn others that I found out I can’t even trade in my phone at Apple or my phone carrier all because they ruined my phone’s screen and replaced the back with cheap parts. I otherwise would have been offered $450 for my iPhone 13 Pro MAX at Apple or up to $1000 at my phone carrier for a trade-in.
📢 WARNING: Do yourself a favor—DON’T BE FOOLED by their low prices. Trying to save $10-$20 on a repair has cost me hundreds, if not more. I should’ve believed the other reviews before going in especially after looking at what was posted just a few months ago which was when I had gone in… but I learned the hard way.

Read moreA minor repair turned into a major ordeal for me. I dropped off my iPhone 14 Pro Max to have the back glass repaired after it was cracked and I was told it could take up to 5 hours which seemed reasonable (3/2). That evening I called (because we'd received no update as promised) and was told the store had gotten busy and it would be ready the next day which while a little frustrating was understandable. The next day I received several texts to my husband's phone stating multiple parts were on order for issues my phone didn't have; Antenna replacement, wireless charger replacement, & flash flex cable replacement. I assumed the messages were a mistake but upon calling and being put on hold I was told the tech had damaged all of these components and the replacements part wouldn't arrive for several days (3/3). I then had to rush to my wireless carrier to get an old phone activated which cost me $100. I then began calling for updates as none were ever proactively given to me. I then received a message (3/8) that parts had arrived and the phone would be a priority to fix. Next I was informed that while completing the repairs of the items damaged by the tech the battery was damaged and that would have to be special ordered as well (3/12). Throughout the process I explained my concerns that all the replacement parts made me concerned that my phone may not function correctly and in the event I tried to upgrade the replacements may have voided the warranty but I was assured there would be no issue. The battery finally arrived, was installed and I was messaged that the phone was ready (3/15). Upon picking it up my phone displayed a message that a non-Apple battery may have been installed. Throughout the process I was rarely ever given the bad news (which came frequently) in a proactive nature and I was instead forced to wait on hold 5-10 minutes before receiving an update. When I asked about any compensation for my additional charge from switching phones or getting the glass replacement at no cost I was instead told, "all the warranty work will be done at no charge," as if I was lucky to not have to pay for the damage they did to my phone. I'd advise anyone who needs a repair to cross their fingers that nothing goes wrong because if it does you're in store for a 312 Hour...
