Jackson Car Audio — Attraction in Jackson

The gentleman over at JC Audio superseded any and all expectations I had prior to visiting their shop. I went in to get a few speakers installed in the back deck of my 68 Nova but I found that they do so much more than just audio. They helped me do things like install my quarter glass, door glass, as well as the vent windows. And not just install, rebuild them bc I purchased new glass and they installed them with the existing hardware. They installed the door upholstery and the roofing. Put in my window cranks and door knobs. They fixed the outside door knobs which had to be adjusted bc the pin was too short to activate the switch that opens the door. They created me a 3D tunnel on the dash which mated to my 12 inch Holley screen, as well as cut out all of the holes for my gauges and vents. They also do in house window tinting and wrapping, both of which are utilized on my car. All of this on top of install me an amazing speaker system that looks as if it belongs in that classic ride. Totally Bluetooth that is controlled fully by two knobs (volume and bass) in the car. I’ll leave a few pics. I’ll have to add some that are completed afterward bc the ones I have are videos and can’t be uploaded. I know a thing or two about good and bad service having been working on this car for 6yrs and these guys are excellent.

Dealing with JCAudio has been a very stressful ordeal for us. We stopped by during a trip thru that part of TN and had them install a DVD player into the truck to entertain the kids on our 32 hour drive home. After paying close to $1200 dollars, we headed home, only to have the player malfunction and ruin 4 of our brand new DVDs. By then we were a good 8 hours away and didn’t want to turn around. We called them and explained that the “new DVD player” wasnt working, and had ruined our DVD’s. They told us to find a local place and they would replace it. After days of headache, we found a place that said they carry the same brand, and would replace it, but we would have to pay for the labor, plus wait for two months for an available appointment. We waited. They replaced it. Couldn’t get the new one to work either, and sent us home. When we called JCAudio about reimbursing us on the labor we paid, they said they’d call us back the next day. Nothing. This is at least the 3rd time they promised they’d call us back, reimburse us, help us....etc. Yet they never have. So now after 3 months, $1400 dollars out, and we still don’t have a working DVD player. We’ve been severely disappointed to say the least. Employees are polite, and courteous. The tint job they did on the truck was fabulous. But we would absolutely NOT do business with this...
