On February 8, 2023 i ordered food for delivery from this location. I never received the food. I placed a complaint online that i didn't receive the items and then called to find out how i could get my order that night. When i called the individual that answered was very rude when i asked if i would need to place another order until corporate or door dash could get back to me about the items i didn't receive so that i could still get food from them that night. I had no problem doing so.
He just kept repeating that they didn't have my order and can't just make food because you say you didn't get it. Even though i offered to pay for a second order until the first one was situated as i knew that it would need to go through the delivery company. Then started repeatedly telling me i needed to contact door dash.
I then called door dash who attempted to reach them to get the order remade. They advised there was no response and that they would reach out to them. They also advised that Taco Bell should reach out to me in regards to a refund within 48 hours. 4 days passed before i reached back out to Door Dash who advised they would place another ticket and that Taco Bell would be in contact. It is now 02/21/2023 I've not received a call from Taco Bell or Door Dash, nor have i received a refund.
I've had to place a dispute with my card in order to attempt to get the refund i was promised. I attempted to contact corporate but can't get through to a person to make a complaint just an automated system. Will not use the app for delivery again and will not place an order with this...
Read moreI want to say that the staff was fine, and I wouldn't be an enthusiastic worker if my manager was as condescending and rude as Brian here. We pulled up to pick up our order and were given the wrong one. When I went in to get the correct order, "manager" Brian jovially let me know that someone just called and said they'd be coming back because they picked up the wrong order and were probably going to return ours. I asked him to remake our food because I wasn't going to take it after someone else had it. He refused because it's not "his" responsibility, and when I said it wasn't our fault or responsibility either, he walked away and acted like I wasn't there. When I saw the staff taping back up the order that we were given and had opened, I informed them that we had touched the food, and I was told they would remake it, which I'm not convinced they did. If there's a Sarah that got a doordash order tonight and it looks like someone touched your (chicken?) quesadilla, it's because we did, and they didn't remake it. Read moreI was picking up a delivery for a customer through Uber Eats, and the customer and I received THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE that I’ve personally ever experienced with fast food!!! I had to get back in line twice because they told me they didn’t have the order, but as I was trying to explain and show the order to the employee for the 2nd time, she slams the drive-thru window on me and refused to help me either times that I came through the line. Also the customer whom I was delivering for received the same horrible service as I did. We both tried to call the restaurant and tried to get the order situated, but the employee was EXTREMELY RUDE again of course and literally just hung the phone up on the both of us! I wasted my hard earned money on the gas it took to drive to this location and all the time that I sat in line just to get treated with horrible rude service! We all know the gas prices these days are extremely high and barely affordable for some people, so I expect this to be handled and taken care of properly!!!
