Salon 11/18 Hair & Makeup Studio — Attraction in Jacksonville

June 3, 2023 was my 1st time meeting the owner and visiting Salon 11/18 and it will not be last. Upon entering the door I was greeted with a Smile and sat in the waiting area. I then became drawn to the BEAUTIFUL decor, affirmations and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The aroma was breathtaking and the music playlist was perfect. The owner was very prompt, very professional and knowledgeable of hair care which was what I wanted and received. I LOVE my Braids as I have struggled to find a braider that serves what she offers. She is a Beautiful SPIRIT inside and out and the warm chatter was so refreshing. She is such a Blessing and "self-care" enhancement and educating Women or clients on how to take care of there Hair is her ministry. We also discovered we know a few of the same people..it was like catching up with an old friend. Prayers works because I know Alicia was a God sent by way of our mutual friend ❤❤. I highly recommend Alicia at Salon 11/18 for All your Hair care, Beauty and MU needs. Yes she is MUA too. My experience was AMAZING! I left with and a Big SMILE. Had roots touch up. Job was mediocre, but colors faded after a few days. Charged me $80, which was twice more than my stylist. It was my fault that I didn’t inquire about the price when I walked in. Needed a quick touch up because I was out of town....
