Prepaid and ordered an iPad battery in the store, after they verified and charged me for the right part, 2 weeks ago. On Monday, they told me they had ordered the wrong part and had to reorder it. Now it’s Friday and they missed my deadline l needed before shipping out of town. Zero accountability and customer service… and I almost never post reviews.
Update 6/18/2025: I was promised, after having to wait 2 weeks due to the misorder, that it would be completed by EOB Monday. After not hearing anything, I called them and was told they 'misplaced' my iPad, and now it won't be done until Wednesday. The hits keep on rolling. Highly, highly recommend doing business elsewhere. I'm sure that after I finally get my battery, it will be either faulty or not functional in some way.
Update 6/20/2025: After having to wait until Friday, I finally called again. This time, they told me that my iPad frame was BENT. When I made it clear that it wasn't bent prior to giving it to them, the man on the phone became irate and said he wasn't going to deal with me and to come pick it up. Afterward, he said he ordered a new screen and it would now be ready on Saturday.
Update 7/11/2025: The screen they installed just went black and is no longer operational. After 6 years with zero issues, they bent my iPad frame and screwed up the screen somehow. I noticed a day after receiving it that the adhesive they used was coming undone, but didn't realize it was because they had permanently destroyed it. I've had to order a new one due to the old one no longer working.
Summary: 1.) Delivered iPad after 4 weeks of waiting. 2.) They missed a critical deadline by over 2 weeks. 3.) They ordered the wrong parts and never told me until it was too late, and I had to reorder the right ones. 4.) They bent my iPad frame and then blamed me for it after they knew they did it, so they ordered a new screen. 5.) I had to retire an iPad with zero problems because of what they did. They haven't offered to refund my money or replace my broken iPad.
Be VERY careful about doing business here. That was a $1400 iPad when I purchased it, and all I needed was a battery replacement, which should take 1 day at most. Instead, I had to buy a new one and now my old one...
Read moreI have an iPhone 11. I've had it for 4 years. I had my screen broken by a student at work so my employer paid for my screen to be fixed in October. I've noticed that my screen was a little "off" and I know it's not apple certified but I didn't think much of it. This past month or so my phone screen has been really glitchy. This past week ? Terrible. I literally can't use it for much of anything at this point. It has a screen protector on it so I was taking it off because it wasn't the correct fit it seems to be. As I was taking the screen protector off the screen on the right hand side started coming off with it. Needless to say, I stopped taking the screen off. The screen was also very loose. I took the case off of it and it was clear as day that the screen wasn't completely molded to the phone. You can see the right side of it completly lifted up. To make maters worse, the screen keeps getting looser and looser and it's created all these black spots and lines in my screen. I have to constantly restart and lock my phone for it to "settle" and start again. I have to firmly hold down the right side of the screen with one hand and text with one hand for SOME of the glitching to stop. Even if I'm not pressing anything, the screen will start "shaking" and it's deleting apps, making calls and erasing text as I'm sending messages on its own. I'm sorely disappointed. I'm very upset. Customer service? Exquisite. Phone repair? Not so much. I'll have to come out of 100 plus dollars to get my screen replaced again and...
Read moreGot a new battery installed in my phone. From that moment forward the phone was overheating. Things on the phone stopped working due to heat.
I called to discuss and was made to feel like it wasn’t their issue.
I went to Verizon and they agreed it was the new battery causing the issue. Went to the Apple Store in KC for good measure and they also agreed it was the battery install causing my issue.
Local manager still was combative about the issue when I was contacted after emailing the company.
Corporate was not much help. They just referred me back to the initial unhelpful person in the local store. They never followed up as promised.
Tried saving a few bucks and ended up costing me over $1,500 for a new phone.
I would steer clear of this location. I know I am as well as...
