I want to start by saying I do not fault any individual employee for this experience. They are doing the best job they can. However, the manager of this location needs to work on a lot of things. I pulled into the drive through at 1:50 ish. Ordering in the drive through took 10 minutes alone because there was one employee taking orders as well as payment and the very kind lady doing all of that was clearly overwhelmed. She had a wonderful disposition and triple checked my order. After paying, I was asked to pull forward so they could bring my food out. 5-10 minutes went by and I got my drinks, from an employee with a much less happy attitude. She asked me to pull into a parking spot. I proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for my food. It took 15 of those before any of the cars waiting got their food. I don't know if there was a shift change or what, but she even had to come ask me what I ordered because she wasn’t the one who took my order. I finally got my food, and mine was good, except the fact that I got half as many fries as I normally should. The second meal I got was supposed to be a 4pc spicy signature chicken combo, and the chicken was extremely overcooked...
Read moreOrdered two 16 piece family packs on 7/21. One I ordered all tenders and received bone in chicken instead. Called them, they told me I could come back and get the correct chicken. SO, on 7/22, I again ordered a 16 piece family meal, all tenders, got home and AGAIN, it was incorrect. Called and spoke to an assistant manager, McKenzie, who told me she would not only give me another 16 piece family meal, she would also refund my money for the inconvenience. Today, 7/26, I go to get the 16 piece family meal and my refund, BUT, apparently it was not written down in their notebook. SO Camille, another Assistant manager proceeded to make me feel like I was in the wrong, because I was wanting to.have what I actually ordered. I was given a 16 piece tenders, but you would have thought I was holding them up when I asked for the sides (3 come with meal, but I only received 2) and biscuits that were supposed to come with the meal. BTW, I was NOT given the promised refund, apparently I'll have to speak with Addison, the GM who was on the phone with Camille about this whole issue, but still couldn't get it right. Read moreObjectively the worst fast food experience you can get. Consistently amazingly slow. If you walk in to a line of only 3-4 people expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your food. I had a small order in for over 20 minutes. Young man comes in and orders 4x-5x more food than me, is instantly accommodated and received ALL of his food while I still had yet to receive a single sandwich after over 20 minutes of waiting. Walked out around 30 minutes. Incredibly incompetent workers, terrible management, inefficient system, and often bad food. Last time I ordered tenders and there was about an inch of raw batter on all of them underneath the outside crisp. Costs way too much for a wait time that feels like a joke, inconsistent food, they will run out of things and NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU THE FOOD. Like hey man! I would’ve NOT PAID FOR THAT if I knew you were out. Take this extra biscuit instead of the second side you wanted. And then forgets the original fry that came with the order.
