Went in specifically looking for Children's Tylenol as a last resort due to the shortage. The lady at the counter let me know right away they didn't carry any. I walked the store to look around. I found a wire basket shelf, but it was in a random place & appeared to belong somewhere else. I was interested in more than one. I walked the entire store but couldn't find another one. As I walked to the front of the store, I found the same employee I had previously asked about the medicine. I asked if she could help me find another rack/shelf. She was not interested in helping. She asked where I found it, & said if there were more it'd be in the same place. I asked if she could scan it to check inventory, she said no because there was no inventory to check. Read moreI drifted into Five Below on Christmas Eve to look around, and maybe pick up a few kids' gifts for my grandkids. My stars reflect the experience, because it was a madhouse. Stuff dumped everywhere, which is hazardous to disabled persons like me.
There was a line of shoppers down ⅔ of the south wall. This promptly encouraged me to make a hasty exit. So much clutter, especially down the "Action Aisle" of the store, you had to transit the length of it to get back out. All the potential crossovers were blocked.

Read moreUsually the store is clean but they've been changing out their stock and I felt the need to delete my old review and update due to the mess the store was in. Pallets of products were left in multiple isles stacked high with boxes everywhere, this is unsafe. The manager needs to schedule seasonal stock changes for before or after business hours. I genuinely believe this is unsafe for both their staff and their customers and recommend customers do not bring children in the store until stocking...
