I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience at MattressFirm that I had to give a shoutout—especially to Bradley, the manager who helped me out. From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale.
I told him about some shoulder and neck pain I’d been having, and he took the time to explain how different mattresses are made and what pressure points they support. It was like talking to a sleep expert, not a salesperson. He really listened and helped me find something that matched me.
Now here’s the part that blew me away: MattressFirm offers free delivery but, because I live on a curvy back road that’s usually out of their route, delivery wasn’t available. But Bradley went way above and beyond and personally delivered the mattress to my house. Who does that these days?!
And to top it all off, he threw in a discount so I could buy a Purple pillow I’d been eyeing. That was just the cherry on top.
The whole experience was super chill, no pressure, and actually kind of fun. You can tell MattressFirm cares more about helping people than just selling stuff. Can’t recommend...
Read moreWe spent over $2,000.00 on a brand new electric bed frame and mattress that goes up and down and then the sales people Christina and Eric assured us the platinum delivery service would take our old bed and they would install the new. Well the delivery guys were awful and very unprofessional. First of all they said that we didn’t have the platinum service and all they were gonna do is drop the bed off. I showed my paid receipt and called the sales people. The delivery guys argued with me and the sales people. Finally they agreed we had bought the platinum service but were all upset that our existing bed was still in the room, which the sales people had said they would remove the old and install the new. I am very upset with my experience. Completely unprofessional delivery guys all around terrible service I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place. They treat you like dirt and don’t have one ounce of professionalism. I will buy my next bed anywhere but here and I’d like to have my $150.00 platinum service delivery fee back as that was a totally terrible experience. Read moreFirst, no mention that the metal frame can’t be returned (because it can’t be properly sanitized even though it was still sealed in the box). Had to pick it up. I told the salesman that I was replacing our queen bed with the new queen bed and moving our current queen bed to another room to replace a twin bed. This would require moving the bed’s frame as well, so I asked how our current headboard would attach to the new bed ( matching furniture) and was told that the new frame CAME WITH universal mounting brackets to mount my old headboard to. Assembled new frame but no way to mount headboard. Called Alex and was told that this base was meant to go inside my old frame so no moving the existing bed to another room unless I buy another frame. Called customer service who sent me to the base manufacturer and learned that there are mounting brackets that are sold separately as an accessory. After an additional $71 and change plus S/H and I have the brackets coming. To say the least, I’m disappointed with the whole ordeal. Was told not to buy there and now I know why.
