Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I come in almost everyday when working next door, and the first few times I’ve been okay with ending up with tomatoes on my food which I’m allergic to and I put no tomatoes on my orders cause two managers there would fix it with no hesitation lately I’ve been going later in the afternoon and lately the men who work that shift have attitude when I need something fixed and on top of that my food is still messed up I may just be one customer but gosh I just don’t care to come there no more but yet it’s the only way to get any food from being at work from 9am to 9pm and I’m not the type to DoorDash but I might as well start it’s gotten that tiring getting my food messed up and the attitude from it these aren’t even all the photos I’m just not as rude I have 13 pictures from when my orders where messed up and it just sucks that I keep wasting my money I know it won’t hurt yall losing me as a customer but it just sucks and tonight threw me over with the chicken being the size of my pinky and it frustrated me cause it’s the first thing I’ve got to eat all day since now this morning so thanks tacobell for the fufilling...

Placed an order through the app on 2/11. As I pulled into the parking lot there were only two other vehicles in the drive through, both at the window. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker box and no one took my order. Pulled up to the window to tell them I was here to pick up my order that I placed through the app and was told I needed to pull around again and tell them through the speaker box. I explained I had already placed an order through the app about 30 minutes prior and they had me waiting 10 minutes at the speaker box annd no one was helping me. I told them I was just needing to pickup the order that I already placed. They shrugged at me and told me to pull around and order through the speaker box.

I understand maybe they were short staffed due to the big game. But there is no excuse for the poor service. I had no issue with the wait. My only issue was failing to fulfill an order that was placed 30 mins prior and...

Great customer service. ▪︎Stopped in to get some food for family members stuck at the hospital across the street. It was after 9pm on Sunday night. The two gentlemen were really nice. ▪︎Ordered at large unsweetened ice tea. My husband were tied, and it was late for us. Delivered the food & drinks, after travel though 3 different building to get to them. Our family members were so happy to have food. When the cousin looked at the tea, it looked like it had been around 2 weeks, dark brown & cloudy. ▪︎ They stated thank you, but it dudnt look good, they dudnt want to chance it. I planned to call the next day, to ask for a refund on the ice tea. ( drinks there are nit cheap by any means, and all these goodies were out if my pocket (money). Don't mind helping family, but truly felt bad, they didnt have anything to drink. ▪︎This location, needs to obviously need to be trained & shown what fresh ice tea...
