Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I was in a few months ago. I can't say I was greeted by a young woman at the counter as I felt mostly ignored as I entered. I advised her of a promotion I saw online, she didn't beyond what I said and fired back, that's Pizza Hut. I showed her the promo and she said we dont' have that. So far I had the impression she'd prefer if we just left. My family wanted pizza so I tried again. I asked what she would recommend around that price. She directly me to the menu board, so again not helpful. I said I would like 2 hot n' ready sausage pizzas please. She responded as if we did something wrong, "Well that's gonna take a few minutes". We said we'd wait. She told someone in the back to make 2 and a couple of minutes later she laid them on the counter. We had paid at this point and she said nothing more. It was such an awkward and poor example of customer service that we had to ask if the pizzas were ours. She nodded. No come again, enjoy your pizza, or thank you. We assumed the transaction was over and said "Um, I guess that it, thank you". She did not respond. I haven't been back and don't plan on returning. I contacted corporate via facebook and was directed to a survey. I was never contacted with an apology or explanation. Sometimes customer service can be so bad that even the cheapes pizza...

If I could give a negative star I sure would. Went in to this Little Caesars and it's the worst one I have ever been to. I spoke with an employee and multiple managers and they were all so rude to me. I had just purchased a large order and they forgot some of the food I had purchased. They was argumentative and laughing in my face pretty much. Me nor my family will be stepping foot in this place again! Was a horrible experience. Which they didn't seem to care. Id rather take my business somewhere im treated with respect. What's sad is the pizza isnt even that good. Its just cheap and feed...

This is the first time in a long time that I have not been satisfied with my pizza from Little Caesars. MY FIRST COMPLAINT IS THAT TWO OF THE PIZZAS WERE NOT FRESH OR HOT! We ordered a variety of pizzas. Three pizzas to be a exact and an order of specialty bread. Each item lacked cheese. I don't understand it, why skimp on the cheese. So I called back and the guy tells me that next time I order I can just get extra cheese. PLEASE BE CONSISTENT!
