Los Garcia’s — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I’ve tried liking this place 3 different times now. I’m doordash and in person. I either receive my food with items missing (has happened 2 separate times and it’s the only place I’ve been “finessed” from thru door dash). The other time, the stuff I got was just simply not good. Nothing in Jeff City is ever open the hours they advertise. Saw this place on Google maps, food looked amazing. I showed up at 8:45pm on a Sunday when their stated hours are until 9:30 pm. No lights, no cars, and not even anyone inside cleaning up like they had just closed a little early.
