Read moreThis is usually a great location. I had some wonderful help getting a game last minute as a Christmas present. However, despite the holiday hours being the same as regular this Monday, they have closed early. I accidentally purchased two copies of the same game, one was at this location.
This is my third attempt and I am really frustrated that I can literally see two associates in there that obviously don't care about the business they work for. They decided to close at 8:30 (when I initially got here) or possibly earlier. The holiday hours clearly state that it's supposed to be open until 9pm tonight. I guess I'll try again tomorrow... ?
Also, despite the two associates doing nothing in the store, no one answered the phone. I tried calling twice. Super...

Purchased a game online to pick up in store. Was never able to pick it up but someone at the store checked that it was picked up.
Went into the store was told by Dominic there was nothing he could do and to call customer service.
Customer service was a pain to get a hold of but basically told me someone at the store more than likely stole it and that they need to do an investigation. It could take up to a week to find out what their reply is or I could go into the store and have them look it up. I informed Ernesto at customer service that Dominic told me there wasn't anything he could do.
