What was once a really good Starbucks location, it has since declined...wait...scratch that...it is now in total decay. The store is almost always filthy, (trash overflowing from trash cans, bathrooms are deplorable, with trash everywhere and a disgusting stench, the sugar and cream area is always sticky, messy and disorganized, with napkins & coffee stirrers everywhere), the service is extremely slow...a turtle will make the rounds throughout the ENTIRE neighborhood (TWICE), long before your order is even remotely ready and then there's the staff....
When the store was originally located where the AT&T store now stands, the Brickyard Starbucks was pretty nice to go to... Quick and accurate service, place was always well-kept & the staff were friendly & polite. It even stayed that way when they initially moved to their current location. But flash-forward a couple of years later & 95% of the original staff is gone, the shift manager is CLEARLY intimidated by the baristas & other staff, said staff is rude, lazy and slow, the management is incapable of managing and I've already had to report this location to corporate TWICE in less than 6 months. I'm praying, EVERYDAY, for a REAL coffee shop to come into the neighborhood & give this place a reason to shut down. If you don't want to serve the community, then leave! Your service is...
Read moreI come here every Sunday to do homework and study. It’s always a positive and quick experience except today when I was being attended by “Alex” at the register. The woman in front of me was polish and wasn’t sure what the name of a baked good was so he just stood there looking at her as if she was an idiot rather than helping. Once I placed my ordered he went to tell me they weren’t serving it even tho it’s on the Starbucks menu and says available. Once I asked for something similar to it he just stood there again, frustrated I showed him something from the Starbucks menu and once I received it, i was told they had run out of the lemonade infusion or something. It tasted completely watered down and warm. So I went up to Alex letting him know the issue and he tells me “it doesn’t have water” but it obviously has ice and it had been left out after being made for a while. I was more frustrated with his response rather than attempting to figure out a solution. Not sure why it’s so difficult for them and why it took so long when they have 6 workers. I am a very calm person but when you’re giving back smart comments and rude service I will not stand there and take it, I will give off the same attitude I’m...
Read moreTerrible. Was asked to wait to order which was fine… then a different person took our order right after. Asked for an iced london fog. Immediately got a warning that it would take too long (didn’t even let me finish ordering and still got the size wrong). Then proceeded with either I had to drive around again or head inside to pick it up. Without being able to respond she immediately warned me again as if I’ve never ordered one before. Respectfully, said yes we can head inside. Then, again repeated the same warning that it would take 7 minutes again as if I didn’t understand how precious their drive thru time was. Btw there wasn’t even a car behind us. It wasn’t even 5 minutes that we picked up a different drink then headed inside to meet them at the door. So you mean I could’ve waited for you to hand me my drink while in the drive thru. Ridiculous. I think I would’ve preferred a lie that you were out. My drink was still warm on the bottom. I could’ve waited the 2 more minutes for you to give me a better...
