Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chipotle location for quite some time and usually enjoy stopping in for a bowl with rice and chicken. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered a burrito with rice, chicken, and sour cream. When I noticed the portion of rice was extremely small, I politely asked the employee if she could add a little extra rice to make the burrito feel more substantial.

To my surprise, upon reaching the counter, I was told that this was now considered a “double burrito,” and I would have to pay $15.26. I explained that I only asked for a bit more rice, not double portions, as I don’t eat the other ingredients typically offered. However, the response was essentially “too bad,” and the price remained.

I find it absolutely ridiculous to pay $15 for a burrito consisting mainly of rice and a little chicken, especially when other nearby burrito places offer larger, better-value meals at a lower price. The lack of concern from the cashier, who seemed more focused on upselling than addressing my reasonable request, was disappointing.

This experience has left me rethinking my loyalty to Chipotle. The inflated pricing and lack of customer care may lead me to explore other options for my meals...

Have never experienced such poor customer service…entire team sat and stared as I placed order ordered two bowls because i wanted to get chipotle after being hospitalized for 3 weeks unable to eat literally and this was my first choice of food never went to this location before today I walked in order two bowls but when I walked in the meat was dry everything looked dry old lettuce old but I still was starving so I ordered steak and we began one scoop of rice I asked for another scoop as the young lady began to get agitated everything was one scoop and every time it was extra when I ask to add some more the another girl gets irritated speaks Spanish and cuts in and start telling me what’s extra i haven’t felt the R word in a long time but I will never spend a cent with chipotle again….but to continue I asked the girl was she about to finish making my food she said yes and began to get hasty and I continuo to ask for what I was paying for I asked for a little guacamole and she said just because you ask for a little I still have to charge you and I responded I know but I still want a little and as we rung out I felt like never again...

Wort experience ever and i usually go to alot of chipotles but this one has been by far the worst of all DONT COME to this one unorganized and rude First i get here order my food just how i want it and like it than i get to the finish of the line and pay for my food turns out they gave me some one else bowl not to mention had to ask the cashier why he charge me for extra meet I didn’t ask for that than they said they were going to remake it told em how I want it it they did it so fast i knew they didn’t do it rite asked the cashier if they added guacamole like the first one he said yes ! Do went to a table and open the bowl to find out they didn’t add no guacamole no meet just rice bean And sour cream went back to the cashier and told him I didn’t want it i wanted a new one gave attitude and was disrespectful till he said get back in line now i had to get back in line just so they can make it rite than i go and try to fill my cup with sprite to find out is out of sirup and is just carbonated water !!! This place need to be re trained and get organized ill give 0 stars if could need...
