I am a senior citizen and sent my son to order 3 pizzas for my grandchildren who were in the car with us. He came out to wait they said 10 minutes. I sent him back in after 20 minutes. About 15 customers came in and out. They said after 40 minutes our order was still not ready I got out of my car and I am physically challenged and asked what is the problem another 10 people came in and out. They spoke spanish to each other and laughed. I never thought this would happen to me. For years I wrote IEP'S for spanish speaking students and advocated for them in Chicago Public Schools.
