Update.. Reply to owner... You should never assume that the other nail salon didn't want to serve me; I never said that they refused the serve me. I said that they told me they were busy, but there weren't customers inside. I also mentioned to you that probably they had appointments set already. Your statement says a lot about you character. Trying to blame the customer to cover a poor job performance. When I asked the lady that did my nails not to use the cheese grader because it hurts my feet, she slammed the grader like she was bother that she had to work a little extra by using the pumice on my feet!! You are charging me for this job and it should be my decision. When I walked in next day and showed you my nails, instead being cordial, you right away said, we don't guarantee non chip manicure I can't fix it. The only reason you fixed it was because I showed you that she left a big spot on my toe nail without nail polish and I told you it was not even 24 hours of my manicure and that I paid over $50.00. You should work on building trust on your customers not blaming them to justify your poor performance and employees attitude.
very slappy job and extremely rude employees. I had to come next day becasue my manicure chipped...and I only use water to take a shower. A male told me that they don't guarantee their job...it was less than 24 hours. Also my big toe nail was half painted. Also the board said $43 mani and pedi the lady charged me $46 and no explanation. It's only $3.00 diferences but is about the principal. My 1st and...
Read morei’ve been here twice. staff is friendly, welcoming, and they’re happy to accommodate + answer any questions. there are a couple of major things i think need improvement. they should take more time on cuticle removal or pay more attention to the edges of the nail. the polish flooded my cuticles, and it started lifting in those areas after only one week. the nail polish was applied unevenly around the sides of my nails. the nail tech did fix the uneven application when i pointed it out, but there was uneven polish on other nails that i didn’t notice until i left. during one appointment there was some debris from a black nail file that cured underneath a layer of nail polish and left a visible dark spot on my nail. when i pointed this out the nail tech’s solution was to add another layer of sheer polish which only helped slightly. its uncomfortable correcting someone’s work repeatedly. it shouldn’t be on clients to make sure the work is done correctly, especially when it’s simple things like making sure the polish application is even, free of bubbles, and debris. if these things are address this could be an amazing salon. they are genuinely skilled nail techs so i’m unsure why these things are...
Read moreEDIT: It's been a while, but I treated myself to a pedi today, & upgraded to the deluxe Pedi. It was worth it. My tech took her time. I was not rushed. The people that work here are so wonderful! Very attentive and meticulous. The salon is clean and neat. Kenneth & his team are concerned that the client's experience is top notch. Their customer service is impeccable. I still highly recommend. I look forward to returning.
Love, love, LOVE the new team at Ms. Z's! My experience with the last owners was awful. My sister was desperate & went back, only to find they were under new management. My sister was very happy with her service (full set). I was still skeptical. My sister & I went today (she had a pedi & fill-in; I had a pedi). To say I am happy with my service is an understatement. We were warmly greeted by Kenneth. Our pedicures were thorough & relaxing. The nail techs who did them were conscientious. Everyone was easy to understand. I will absolutely return! Oh, and Kenneth did my sister's fill-in & cat eye polish. He was very concerned with how she liked the shape of her nails, etc. These are true professionals. I...
