AC went out about 7 times since I lived there. They asked for a two month noticed to move out by E-mail I send it and when I went to the office a week before my moved date they had no Idea and they tried to charge me a fee for moving without notice. There are spiderwebs all over the property the treadmill on the Gym is not working you are running at 8 to 10 speed and shuts down and makes you fall I have talk to the management many times about this issue but they can care less. I moved out early before the end of month and I was told I would be charge for everything so my bill even when moving out early was almost 300 dollars more but when I got my deposit back (300) I only got 84 dollars claiming that the use it for a cleaning fee (never got told about this) ($50) and for the bills I already had paid previously. The manager Lisa does not know how to talk to people she screams at them and has no people skills at all I try to get a hold of her for 2 weeks and she claims she already talk to me. I would know if someone talks to me. I was locked out of my apartment 2 days before I supposed to move out (what would it happen that instead of coming back to my apartment at 4pm would have been 10pm?) lots of things will have to change for this place to be a good place to live the apartment are falling into disrepair and what it used to be a good place is no longer a place that I would recommend...

I've been here for over a month. Room 1, poor wifi, and the AC was broken. Maintenance left a note saying they fixed it and it broke because we put the temperature too low (it had been broken since I arrived). Turns out there was a freon leak, it had nothing to do with the residents. So they moved me because the part was going to take a while to get in.
I move to room 2, it's fine, however now the Internet isn't bad, it just doesn't exist. They didn't install any internet equipment. They tell me in 3 days the IT guy will fix it that weekend. He doesn't show up, next week eventually someone checks, and leaves a note confirming that there's no internet. Then they tell me they will fix it, just wait until next week. I'm told this for over two weeks, finally they say the IT guys on vacation and won't be in until September. Now they want me to move everything I have again or just work without internet. Even in rooms where it works the connection is poor.
Finally the gym is missing weights, the machines flex off the ground when you use them, and the bars have rubber torn off the grips.
The staff are nice people, but something is wrong with this places...
Read moreMy time at Riverwalk Apartments in Jenks has been a very positive experience all around. Much better experience than what I've had with past apartment complexes. Last summer my apartment complex was abruptly shut down due to poor management and multiple building code violations in which I was only given 12 days to find a new place to live. Riverwalk Apartments was beyond helpful and flexible with the situation I was in. Because of the extremely helpful staff at Riverwalk Apartments I was able to find a place to live when I was close to being without a home and having to stay in a hotel or couch surfing.
At Riverwalk Apartments, every time I called in a maintenance request, it was taken care of within a day or two. One time my outside light bulb was out and it was taken care of before I got around to calling in a maintenance request. On top of that, the fitness center is very nice for what a typical apartment gym consists of. The staff is extremely friendly and demonstrate traits of really caring for their residents.
5 stars and I am beyond grateful for what Riverwalk Apartments have...
