“The first time, 1 1/2 years ago, my husband and I dined at this restaurant we weren't pleased, HOWEVER, tonight we came back for another night of dining and we LOVED it! It was a wonderful experience and the food was delicious. Our waitress, Diana, was friendly and both of the managers came over to check and see how our experience was going. We asked our waitress what her favorite cheese fondue was and we took her advice. We're so glad we did, it was the white cheese spinach/artichoke fondue . Then we tried the grill for the first time and we were so pleased that we did that also. My favorite was the shrimp and my husband's favorite was the teriyaki beef. Our white chocolate fondue was delectable and we were so pleased our waitress allowed us to choose the dessert pieces that went with it, that made it especially yummy.

After this dining experience, we would definitely dine there again and are thankful for the wonderful evening we had tonight. We drove an hour each way to get there and it was definitely worth it.”

1st Review & 1st Time There … Our experience was as such that I don’t think I ever want to go to a Melting Pot again. I would give the food a three, the Assistant Manager a 5, and the service from our waiter a one, 1. I am rating this on a scale of one ☝️ to five 🤚, with one being the lowest and a five being the highest.

It is the next day and I am STILL very upset about the service we received. I wrote a detailed description of it on Trip Advisor. This was supposed to be our anniversary dinner, outside of the Assistant Manager corresponding with us and being so nice, it was a flop.

UPDATE! I have to say that the General Manager is definitely one for the books! She immediately called to apologize for what happened and had us come back for a night with our son! A COMPLETE 180 in service! It’s also hard to find good management with integrity and empathy and they definitely have a good one! Also shout out to our server Ian who really made my sons first time wonderful! Ian was on top of everything and I would definitely recommend him as a server!

I have truly loved going to the Melting pot for over 10 years now. But last night put a bad taste in my mouth for the Tulsa location. Yesterday was my birthday and it’s the one time I get to force my husband to go haha. I got a call from the hostess to confirm my reservation and she preceded to tell me that the flowers and chocolate strawberries were all set for the table as well. Mind you, my husband preordered them for me with the general manager as a special surprise for my birthday and he was devastated that they told me. When we arrived for our reservation, he asked to speak with the manager right away. I’m not sure if it was the AGM or the Owner. My husband explained the situation and explained that he made sure several times with the GM that this was a surprise and please do not tell my wife when they call to confirm the reservation. Well, the manager we spoke with never once apologized for the mistake, and gaslight my husband making it seem as if he never said anything! She then proceeded to tell us that she would stop by the table later on to make sure everything was okay. Well… She walked by grabbed a dirty plate, looked at us and said y’all good and walked away!
