Audubon Park — Attraction in Jersey City

It has it's downsides, but overall it's a very open space park and no matter where you sit, you'll have a great vantage point of your surroundings.. I don't like being in parks with limited visibility. The atmosphere is very upbeat, everyone has their own area to huddle in the park and vibe/listen to music/converse/dance. Children can play and ride their bikes and scooters around the entire park and parents will still be able to see exactly where they are. Which is very safe ! Also public transportation runs on both sides of the park. On the BLVD side, you can catch the Jitney, the #10 to JSQ or the 119 to NY. On Bergen Avenue, side you can catch the 33 to JSQ. One block from the park on Ocean Avenue, you can catch either the #6 to JSQ or the 81L(Exchange Pl/Bayonne Avenue C). HIGHLY ACCESSIBLE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. Also New Jersey City University is directly adjacent across the street from the park, and offers a great place during early morning/early afternoon hours to study before classes or just observe nature and zen out until your next class, when there's...

This is really the burger king right near audobon park on market street. Service was excellent and the manager there is the best. The manager used to be at another location and when I would take my children there he would always go out of his way to come say hi to us even when it was super busy...

This is a standard city park the size of a small full block. There are basketball and tennis courts in the middle and a play ground for younger children. These are surrounded by grass and some trees. There are also some park benches here and there. I wouldn't call the design pretty, but I suppose...
