New Carmen’s — Restaurant in Jersey City

My order was incorrect and the service was poor ! I ordered 50 pieces of Chicken and 1 long pan of yellow rice w / Gandules in which when as a professional dishes like that being served in pans has to be doubled because of the amount of food placed inside and as a professional cook who has prepared many dishes and the food was given to me very carelessly and then the young woman who took my orders was very nasty and had the nerve to give an attitude once I mentioned her errors ! *Also I had a side of the same rice w/ 2 pieces of chicken and got sick vomiting and have stomach pains even at this moment 😩😠🤢...

If I could give it no stars I would, this place is dirty and disgusting!! My first time eating here and I ordered yellow rice and pork chops, I paid got in my car, opened the container and stirred the rice around to find a cooked Roach right in the rice,.I found out that this was not the first time another girl I know through friends said she ordered fried chicken and it was a waterbug under the skin of the fried chicken,. Cops were called they swear that the bugs were intentionally put in the food, who intentionally ruins food they pay for? Anyways they really need to be shut down and have the health...

Don't know what going on with this place but I just picked up my order and they gave me the oldest driest chicken with no skin. I picked veggies for my side I got potatoes and carrots. ( im off starch) ordered the oxtail I got 3 in a little ass container. I went back for a refund and of course the have a " no refund nor exchange sign up.) Be ware these restaurants don't respect online orders. They put whatever and you gotta take it or deal with grub hub or Uber eats. Which means you're still hungry trying to figure shit out. Cause this ain't even...
